Mantis Policies

1. Client is required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. If client cancels within 24 hours more than twice, client will be charged 50% of the service cost on the required card on file. Continued cancellations will result in being banned from future booking. We understand that things come up, but this is a business and when the appointment is canceled on short notice, this business loses out on income. 



2. No call, no shows: client understands that no call, no shows greatly affect this business. If client no call, no shows, client will be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. If another no call, no show occurs, client will be charged 50% of the service cost. Repeated no call, no shows will results in banning from future appointments. Your information is protected by the highest security standards in the industry used by major banks. The only information we can see is your last 4 digits and the expiration date. Each transaction is fully encrypted so your card cannot be access or misused.



3. Client recognizes that a consistent skincare regimen designed by the esthetician will provide the best results for the client’s desired skin goals.



4. Client will be respectful during their appointment. No hate speech or derogatory comments towards the staff, business, or any group of people will be tolerated. If this language continues, the client will be banned from future booking.



5. Client will follow pre and post care instructions to ensure the best results from the treatment. Client acknowledges that failure to follow instructions may lead to undesired results, such as irritation, burns, hyperpigmentation, scarring, and/or sensitivities.
